International Trade - Transportation Entry

The purpose of this form is to facilitate the transfer, entry, withdrawal and manifest of goods that require inspection and certain permits. The form is the same for each function and all copies may be prepared at the same time unless more than one vessel or vehicle is used. In that case, a separate set of forms must be completed for each vessel or vehicle.
